Website enquiries

Submitting the form sends your name, email, organisation, conversation type, project context and message to UGAC’s Cloudflare enquiry endpoint and private Google Apps Script project. We use this information to respond to your request and send an automatic receipt acknowledgement from [email protected]. The acknowledgement is not a technical assessment, delivery commitment or agreement to an engagement.

Delivery and internal alerts

Enquiries are held in a private Google Sheet delivery queue, accessible to the company account. Failed email or notification attempts are retried. Delivered queue records are removed after 30 days; retained business emails and engagement records may have different record-keeping requirements. Important enquiries also create an internal Telegram notification containing the reference, conversation type, sender name and organisation. Your complete message is sent by email and is not copied into Telegram alerts. Cloudflare, Google Workspace and Telegram process these communications under their respective service practices. Contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.

Hosting and external services

The website is prepared for hosting at ugaconsult.com on Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request metadata for delivery and security under its own practices. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser. External websites have their own privacy notices.

Cookies and analytics

The enquiry service uses an essential cookie that expires after 24 hours to protect form submissions. It uses hashed IP and email identifiers for abuse controls; queue identifiers follow the same retention period as enquiries. The site includes no analytics, advertising trackers or visitor accounts. Host-level services may have their own behaviour. Any future analytics or collection changes should be reflected in this notice before use.

Project data

Do not send sensitive datasets in an initial enquiry. Access, hosting location, retention, licensing and deletion requirements for a project must be agreed separately.
